Meat For Carnivores

June 29, 2010: I end up taking pictures of what I eat for you pretty often, which is funny, because a) after taking all those food photos last year, I swore I was done with it and b) I don't actually cook all that much. I'm certainly capable of cooking, and cooking well, but the work week just kicks my ass. I don't have the energy to do anything other than order take out, or slop some pasta together, most of the time, after I get home from the office. The crock pot is my best friend in the winters, but it's too hot to run it all day during the summer.

Which is a long way of saying, last night K. cooked up some short ribs from our farm share, and I shucked and cleaned and cooked corn, and we almost ate like grown-ups.
